Hey loves, I’m Leesha. A photographer, and a mum, who understands just how quickly time moves when you are raising a family.
Kindred was created from lived experience. I know the beauty in everyday moments because I’m living them too. As a single mum to an extraordinary wild child, I understand the chaos, the noise, and the messy in between moments and honestly, those are the ones I love the most.
My approach is calm, inclusive and gentle, giving families space to simply be while I quietly document the connection between you.
Capturing skin tones accurately and beautifully is incredibly important to me, so every family feels seen, represented and true to who they are.

All Kindred sessions are relaxed, lifestyle-led shoots designed to fit naturally around your family. Sessions can take place in your home or outdoors at a location that feels like you.
Family, maternity & newborn sessions start from £250.
Each session includes:

A curated gallery of all the high-resolution images
Guidance before your session so you know what to expect
A relaxed experience with no pressure to pose

Family Sessions
Family sessions are relaxed, lifestyle led shoots that focus on connection rather than perfection.
These sessions are about capturing your family as you are right now. The way your children cling to you, the laughter, the movement, and the moments in between. There is no pressure to pose or perform. I will gently guide when needed, but mostly I allow space for things to unfold naturally.
Sessions can take place in your home or outdoors somewhere meaningful to you.

Maternity and Birth Sessions
Maternity sessions are a gentle way to document this chapter before everything changes.
These sessions focus on connection, anticipation and the quieter moments of pregnancy. They can be held in your home or outdoors and are guided in a calm, natural way so you feel comfortable and at ease.
Alongside maternity sessions, I also offer birth photography. This is a documentary style service, capturing the raw, powerful and emotional story of your baby’s arrival with care, respect and sensitivity. Birth photography is available on request and includes a detailed consultation beforehand.

Newborn Sessions
Newborn sessions are calm, slow and baby led.
These are lifestyle sessions, usually held in your home, documenting those early days exactly as they are. Tiny details, feeding, cuddles, quiet moments and the new rhythm of life with your baby. There are no props, backdrops or forced poses. Your baby stays with you where they feel safest.
These sessions are best held within the first few weeks, but there is no strict time limit. Every stage is worth remembering.
